The highest-priced home to go under contract in Jupiter during the third quarter of 2026 was 209 Commodore Drive in Admirals Cove, listed at $30 million by Rob Thomson of Waterfront Properties & Club Communities. The estate went under contract on August 5, 2026. Among all Jupiter residential listings that went under contract between July 1 and September 30, its asking price was nearly double that of the next highest property.

The pending sale capped a quarter in which Rob was the listing agent on five of the ten highest-priced closed sales in Jupiter and finished first among all Jupiter realtors in closed sales volume. The figures in this article come from MLS records for the third quarter of 2026.
