Dustin Johnson, the No. 3 golfer in the world, this week paid $14 million for a waterfront home in Jupiter’s exclusive Admirals Cove, a real estate broker confirmed.
Johnson is the new owner of 389 Eagle Dr., a 10,134-square-foot house that has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and 110 feet water frontage that can accommodate an 80-foot boat. The property also has a resort-style backyard, covered porch, summer kitchen, infinity pool and spa, fire pit and expanded dock.
The sale is a fast flip for its prior owners, Marcia and William Ulm of Georgia, who paid $12.65 million for the property only six months ago, according to the Palm Beach County Clerk’s Office. The Ulms own MLU Services, an…
