209 Commodore Drive in Admirals Cove has made history. Sold at $34 Million, it is Jupiter's most expensive home ever sold. We are again honored to be featured in The Real Deal, and are so excited that we represented both the buyer and the seller in this record-breaking sale and purchase.

The 24,300-square-foot mansion, completed in 2007, features nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a three-bedroom guest house, a pool, a putting green, two docks, and 300 feet of waterfront. The property was initially listed for $40 million in August. This sale surpasses the previous Jupiter record of $27.5 million set in 2023.
