When a sale in Admirals Cove reaches the national real estate press, it is usually because something unusual happened. In April, The Real Deal and South Florida Business Journal reported on one of the most closely watched transactions of the year in Jupiter: Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Max Scherzer and his wife, Erica, sold their unfinished waterfront estate at 217 Commodore Drive for $23 million.
