In April, The Real Deal and South Florida Business Journal reported on one of the most closely watched transactions of the year in Jupiter: Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Max Scherzer and his wife, Erica, sold their unfinished waterfront estate at 217 Commodore Drive for $23 million.
